Integrity, safety, and purity of our products are our top priorities. As all of our products are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. All sales are final.
This policy ensures:
· Product integrity and chain of custody compliance
· Adherence to research material handling standards
· Quality assurance for all researchers
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Required documentation:
· Order number
· Detailed description of the issue
· Clear photos of the issue

We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization.
