Carriers & Tracking
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination and selected service level.
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order leaves our facility. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive all shipping notifications.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the outside of any shipment. Vials are packed with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on the service selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates — once your order leaves our facility, transit times are in the carrier's hands. Occasional delays can occur and are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.
